Homna's mines

Hello... I've been playing as Saba, and I've noticed that Homna seems to have a cluster of copper mines on the map to the south, and yet, I'm unable to build any mines in the town. I'm trying to determine if this is some sort of oversight, or if there's something I've done wrong that's preventing mines from being buildable there.

Only precious metal mines can be built AFAIK.

Yeah, for RTW you can only build mines in territories that possess 'silver' or 'gold' resources (renamed large and small 'precious metal' resources in EB).

In M2TW, you can build mines for many different resources, though.

Although you still get copper as a tradeable resource for that town, so you still make your money.
