I am about 6 years into my campaign, when I noticed that I did not opt to disable the hour glass timer for sieges. Is their any way to fix the problem. I hate that damn hour glass and I don't really want to start over.
In the preferences.txt. It is something like "time limited" or such (you will recognize it) that you should set to FALSE.

Hi guys,
I don't see anything in my preferences text about 'time-limited'. Can you post what it says in your preferences text, and where it appears (between 'x' and 'y').
Thanks

Where is the preferences located, is it in a file, is it only able to be accessed while the game is running?
IIRC you can't change preferences mid-campaign. For that, you need RomeSage (I think that's what it's called) which is a save game editor which lets you changes all the options you choose at the start of campaign. I'm not sure where you could find this but I'm sure a search on the download section at TWC would probably turn something up.
