View Full Version : Uhm WHAT?
Germans again, there is such a thing as too much
See this is what happens when the social scientists become judges, they get lost between reality and the blind reactionary anti-religion and absolute faith in the miracle that is the social science. So, a known kiddie-enwidener who no doubt had a bad youth had to serve his penalty............innnnnnnnnnnnnnn...
A kindergarten-school that's right, and the therapy crearly didn't trigger what idiots with and education would call interesting progress yet it still was unexpected development, I just call it tored apart shredded flesh or is that sick? Or tasteless?
No, this time the therapy obviously didn't connect.

That was a lot clearer than the the OP... But still very thin...
As phillip said; linky?
I can't find it apparently, buiggest news was apparently a Bundeswehr plane that was not allowed to fly over Russia because their allowance had already timed out, big deal as they got a new allowance for tomorrow, I'm so enraged! :Zzzz:
Reminds me why I didn't read the news anymore. :juggle2:

@OP: I doubt any serious scientist would call such a thing "understanding" or "science". Now I think I understand why you mistrust anything else than brutal merciless punishment and demonization of criminals, because judging from your posts you live in a country that abuses the concepts of understanding, and prevention of crime in a way that should be criminal and given a severe punishment, since it gives a bad name to the best method of reducing crime rates and increasing the safety of the citizen, and makes normal people think they hate this method, rather than the madness which uses the name of it to disguise itself as something else than madness.

@Rodion, I understand that criminals have their problems and that punishment is not always the best option, but sending that guy to a kindergarten (is that a nursery or primary school BTW?) is irresponsible and must be seriously disturbing for the childrens parents.

Yes, that is what I said. It is absolutely mad to send that guy to kindergarten, and doing so has nothing to do with science. To call that science is to give science a bad name. And the effect of giving science a bad name is that people will replace science with occultism and religious-fanatic demonization, which provably does NOT decrease crime rates.
If I would have to choose what is worst: religious fanatism intolerance, and calling madness science, I would choose the latter. Such judges should be given the most harsh sentences the country can offer.

No - this is what happens when the person responsible for the "assignment" does not read the dossier.
In this case the guy was convicted to community service for fraud. Apparently someone missed the fact that this guy was also a child molester who perhaps should not do his community service in a Kindergarten.
Nothing to do with "social scientists being judges"

Convicted paedophile allowed to work in German kindergarten
14 November 2007
Osnabrueck - A court worker was disciplined after arranging for a convicted paedophile to work in a kindergarten where he exposed himself to the children, officials said Wednesday.
The work was part of community service the 41-year-old paedophile was ordered to perform in a separate case relating to fraud, a spokesman for the prosecutors office in Onsnabrueck said.
The man spent four weeks in the kindergarten in the small town of Melle before being detained by police after children complained to their parents about his indecent behaviour.
Prosecutors said the female court worker was suffering from stress when she sent the man to the kindergarten.
The man is due to appear in court next week. He faces a prison sentence if convicted.

Oh, come on! This is obviously a case of entrapment. As a famous mayor once paraphrased, "The fraulein set me up!"

Why community service should be done at a school is beyond me but it makes it somewhat less crazy. About social scientists being judges, you wouldn't believe what these nutcases find 'responisble' here, sometimes I seriously wonder if they must go to the same party's. Judges are untouchable here and sit for life, and they are all, with no exception, completily out of touch with society.
It seems your backroom threads shall never cease to not provide utter clarification to me in their first posts, Fragony, heheheh :laugh4:

It was a reasonable existent probability to render it of a more clear character but after quick cogitation my fatigued mind made the deliberate decision to attempt to provide confusion with the utilization of communication whose nature is unnecessarily redundantly long providing one with unnecessarily complex words such as 'utilization' when one could select, and utilize, 'use' instead, as the likeliness of that choice facilitating one's comprehension regarding what my being communicated, and communicates, would have been augmented, though insufficiently contextually as this message's length and nature maintains unnecessary linguistical complexity designed for the purpose of complication, instead of facilitation, as I once more put forth abundant expression while my physique has been taken by an illness that is to hopefully nullify itself soon with the aid of acceleration of convalescence provided by superior medical activity.
:laugh4: I hope I was very clear in my message :P

What a magnificent exercise in obfuscation. Let's leave it at that and not explore national stereotypes, as that drill will prove irrelevant to the now-dead subject of the thread.
