Loading A New Campaign Map?

I've just created a new Campaign Map, but when I try to play my saved game I get the old map! I go back to the menu and start a new Campaign and the new map loads... But I don't want to start over and lose all my progress! How do I play my saved game on my newly loaded map?

It will be one or the other, or use the savegame or use the new map.

basicly most info is loaded into the savegame, files for a part are onlt being read when to start a campaign.
