Hello,
I'm playing with the roman faction. The year is 209 BC and the romans carry out all the requirements to upgrade the MICs to the next level (from camilian to polybian). The systems inform me that the Polybian reform is available and I destroy the first Mic to make the reform. However the reforms not happened. I don’t know why? Nobody can help me, please?
