That unlock all factions including the british and slavs? I tried goth's BI mod but all the links for it are broken.

edit* sorry I'm asking for this but I really want to play as the Romano British and I can't since they are an emergent faction.

I have tried modding this into a provincial Campaign with no success, If I'm lucky I can get it to work with the "faction destroyed" message at the begining of the game. If I'm Unlucky the game will crash at the begining of the game.

I believe his mod involved running the game in auto pilot mode (i.e. all factions AI controled) until they emerged, then starting from there.
