my first suggestion would be to read up a bit on the tutorials ..
you'd than find out there is no need for such a map, as you can use the command "show_cursorstat" ingame or get one of mirage of available freeware/trial version tools so you can look the co-ords up for yourself ...
just get adobe's photoshop trial version and you'll be on your way

Many image editors will provide you with an x/y location for your cursor, this is how I do it. show_cursorstat is a good alternative.
Remember that the y coordinate is the wrong way around compared to the way images are measured

Instead of get 'trial'ed with photoshop and run into probs after the trial days, better download free, opensource progs, like GIMP:
It has as much functions as photoshop and there is no hook or advertising cramp on it like on most 'shareware' progs:
http://gimp.org/downloads/
Also there is a free .dds plugin for GIMP (useful if you want to step into skinning own units).

(ah and by the way I could need help, if you know a lot about the Greeks on 840AC -> http://www.twcenter.net/forums/showthread.php?t=119455&page=6 ;) )
