Force peace

Hello im playing as the Romans and in a war against Carthage, i have taken all their north african provinces and they only have 1 Iberian prov. left and i dont want to destroy them completely so i want to know how to force peace through the console, i saw someone mentioning it in another topic.

You have to install the force diploacy mini-mod, found in the minmods section.

The AI is too stupid to realize that they are screwed and that all is lost. Get the Forced Diplomacy mini-mod to make them cease fire or make them a protectorate.
