having dark flame arrow skin

I am having dark flame arrow skin which was bright orange in other mods or RTR 1.5

Is it because i installed BI 1.6? or anything else?

any help will be great.

I don't know what you're talking about. Could you post a screenshot?

I think he's saying his flaming arrows burned brighter in appearance in other mods, but turned somewhat sooty in EB.
