Ive been a big player of this mod and i have downloaded the 1.0 version along with the recruitment viewer but something stilll bugs me.

I cannot understand what the requirements are for recruiting African Elephants. I own all the provinces along the coast from lepki to the edge of the map and there not available. Can someone tell me what buildings and/or reforms are required?

Also is it possible to recruit chariots?

According to the Recruitment Viewer you need level 5 regional mics in the following provinces to recruit African Forest Elephants:

Mauretania Tingitana
Mauretania Massaesili
Mauretania
Mashiliem
Numidia
Byzacena
Erythraia
Kush
Diamat

The RV ignores reform requirements, which you might be having.

No chariots for Romani, per RV. :shrug:
