Missing posts

I have noticed that sometimes when I post messages they do not show up immediately in the thread. Most of the time they do, just occasionally they take a while.

Anyone know why?

Are they just taking longer that you would expect to show up, or have there been posts that have not shown up at all?

They are just taking a while to show up. I think I heard something once about a limit on the number of posts per minute/hour/day or something. That might be the cause.

If you post too fast Rob you'll get the screen your talkin about, but I think the forum just slows down sometimes, especially if I'm posting simultaneously with another member.

Don't get me wrong, the board is great http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif Just sometimes I feel like I could go to the frig- pop a cold one- belch loudly- then come back to the computer, and maybe my post will have gotten through http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/wink.gif
