Removing dissasters from campaign?

Does anybody knows a way to completely remove all dissasters (flood, plague, eruptions...) from the campaign?

frequency 19
winter false
summer false
warning true
min_scale 2
max_scale 5
Maybe choosing frecuency 0? has anyone tryed?
Or could I just remove the whole entry from the descr_disasters.txt?

Since our campaign jump over the winter season, I have use the condition:
winter true
so they only happen in winter and so they do not happen, but it seems it do not work.

Any other idea?

The file seems to have little affect I'm afraid. EB (Teleklos) looked into it a bit more than me so maybe he can offer some help. There's an old thread on this subject somewhere here - I would imagine around 6 months old?

The answer is:

you can empty out the entire descr_disasters file and no disasters whatsoever will ever happen
