Just got the game and I'm having damn good fun with it so far, but i was wondering, is there a preferred troop type or technique for capturing enemy kings during battles - I could sure use the ransom money, but my boys seem to have been going in a bit too heavy :-)
On a similar note, am I right in thinking that your assassins are more effective at carrying out their work when based in one of your own provinces? If this is the case, it would be nice if you could restrict your assassins activities to only your provinces 'cos its a bit of a bugger when your top assassin buggers off to an enemy province following his target, and then gets offed himself.

We few, we happy few, we band of brothers, for he today that sheds his blood with me, shall be my brother be he ne're so vile, this day shall gentle his condition. And Gentlemen in England, now a bed,
Shall think themselves accursed they were not here and hold their Manhoods cheap, whilst any speaks that fought with us upon Saint Crispines day.
William Shakespeare - Henry V
