I'm not sure they're that different don't they both use Eastern building types?
anyway could you please give some sort of background about which files you have been altering, if you've been modding settlement plans the problem is likely to be there. If you haven't it might be something text based like ambush problem, or sounds or formations or, you get the picture.......

those are both elephant recruiting factions ... by any chance any of those in any of the armies involved (just a speculation based on an issue I currently have myself....)

I haven't checked for errors in the campaign until now(my mod is pretty big and based on RTR).I have't altered the settlement plans(bit have created new buildings in EDB).And i realise now that all settlement give me this error when loading(with every faction).The fact is that happend only in siege battes(nodifference on attacking or being attacked)
I have created cstom formations for the AI....It may be that.I will check.Any other idea

Also suggested in the other topic but now that I've seen your formations ..
try and see what happens if you put the prio. for the elephants way up so the game puts them all where you actually assign them
try to avoid using generalizations like "cavalry", "infantry" or "all" to often (you only need 1 "all" in each formation and no cavalry/infantry), try putting combinations like "heavy cavalry + light cavalry + skirmish cavalry" in there to try and make the group less acceptable for elephant deployment ...
Edit;
after a closer look ... sorry but your formations are totally screwed ...
you need to assign proper relative positions
example of one of your block;
;; general at the very back
begin_block 2
max_units 1
unit_type general_unit 1.0
default_melee_state defend
unit_density close
block_formation line
block_relative_pos 2 0.0 -80.0
inter_unit_spacing 3.0
priority 1.0
end_block
see how you put the general relative to itself ..??
meaning its deployed like block 0, at the front of the formation, most likelly in between an other unit ..
not a CTD/freeze issue, but imo not the proper way, and guessing also not as intended.
