View Full Version : You know you play too much EB when...
I know that there's really no such thing as too much EB, but...
The first thing I thought when my wife told me she was pregnant was "I hope he'll be Sharp/Charismatic/Vigorous."
Is that a bad thing?

No it's not a bad thing i don't think. If i were to have kids i'm sure i'd hope for the same. But by god they'd better not be gloomy like 9/10 of my Makedonian sprogs that are born lately.

Congratulations bro! Be sure to mark him as your heir so he can get even more bonuses!
And build lots of shrines in your yard. I wonder what to going rate for spear carriers and aged retainers are these days.

Congrats Sir,
Now should we be hoping or not that the child 'takes after the Fathers' traits?
Think it's ok, as long as you have no visions were lions, purple snakes, pink elephants or any other funky colored animals take part in and considering your son as a great victor, one day willing to conquer the whole known world.
Prost (engl. cheers).

Make sure to teach him from an early age how to form a proper phalanx formation. Most kids these days are so badly raised they can't even hold formation in battle - gah! I remember back in my days, then it was all different...

It's only a bad thing, if you will send him to the front on a suicide mission if he isn't
Thanks all.
I could do with a faction heir, but if it's a girl I suppose I'll just end up marrying her off to some suitable garrison comander... but not Appius Sergius Paulus https://forums.totalwar.org/vb/showthread.php?t=94751
That's just wrong
