Anyone know of a program that will convert multiple pictures between fromats quicly and easilym without having to load them up one by one in something like the gimp?

IrfanView is quite good. Easy to batch convert.

just incase you're doing RTW sprites there is a tga to dds batch converter here:
http://files.filefront.com/DDS+Converter+2+10/;3577988;/fileinfo.html
that's all it does I think but works well for that purpose.

can I have a balloon too ?
