titles that won\'t be given out!

why is that sometime i can't give out a lands titles? i try to drop a govonership on a general in the area but it just lands back on the map screen!

You cannot give a general more than 1 land title (extras like chamberlain etc are still possible).

You cannot give your princes a title as long as they are waiting for succession.

I think you cannot give a mercenary general a title, too.


Maybe one of the above ?
