to my shame ive had a dream of RTW once. I was staying over at a mates house and i gave him Vanilla on disc, and he loved it. That night I dreamt we were playing it multiplayer, on a 'hot seat' version of it. He played as Germany and I was Julii. How sad...

I once dreamed of the Roman voicemod. I thought that voice was shouting commands at me. When I woke up it turned out that two drunken girls were shouting on the street (not that I think, that the Roman voice sounds like a drunken girl, for sure).

Well, they had a debate that was, as I far as I could follow it, not about ancient military history. :beam: At least there was a lot of "Verp*** dich!", "Leck mich am Ar****!", "Du Schl****!" and the like in the air.

Last night when I come very late from work, I took a shower and went to sleep. I dreamed of heavy Sarmatian cavalry charging a unit that seemed to me to be chinese. I was riding with them and my horse was knocked from under me, and after I get up, I faught with sword and shield. Then another charge followed, and when I looked behind me I saw like a great dragon like thing which had swords coming out of its flanks, pointing outwards. Then I was hit by a charging horse, and got up a little bit frightened in the early morning. The thing is the dream was so real, that I could hardly believe that I was dreaming

Do you thing it was a call from ancient Sarmatian warriors to give their faction a try on EB.

Nope, that's the Queue hairstyle of the Manchurian Qing Dynasty - that's really just 17th-20th century hairstyles. You're way out of EB's timeframe lol.

During EB's timeframe (or just pre-17th century), they would've had hairstyles similar to this one:

That's nothing. There are photos around in this forum that show Romans with camaras; even though I can't say what is more amazing: that they had cameras or that we have photos of it.

Don't Worry, you probably dream about EB all the time, perhaps every night. On this particular occasion you just remembered your EB dream. EB isnt making you crazy, just improving your ability to remember useless, irrelevent information. :2thumbsup:

Yeah I've had that kind of dream . I had this nasty little word problem in calc and In the dreamed I solved the problem .

I remembered the solution , wrote it down . Guess what

It was the right answer .

I think about EB all the time before I fall asleep, but if I do dream about it, I do not remember in the morning, probably because of all the drinking I do.

Dont get me wrong, EB is fantastically useful. The useless irrelevent information was the dream.

Don't bother getting them, they cost a lot in upkeep. Hire their merc equivalent instead and disband quickly after battle :2thumbsup:

From what I remember, I've only dreamed twice about these games. I dreamed about EB yesterday even though I don't have it! I knew it was EB because of the same units I saw in the photos members post here. Another time was when I dreamed of the death of Flavius Julius (first Julii faction leader), M2TW, I conquered France.

Both of them came true.

i too dreamed about RTW and namely EB. to be true i had several dreams -.-
one i dreamed i was actually an imperator shouting orders at my men...(it was a period of almost constant play of EB):whip:
the other i dreamed i was able to crack the code of RTW and increased the model slots in the DMB txt file, so i had 500 slots for models and 1024 for units...talk about looney:help:
and the other again i dreamed about LOTRTW-one of the other mods i love in RTW:laugh4:
the other was similar to the 1st, but for rio's IBFD:sweatdrop:

then my life took way, and i got a job again, and i had to almost stop playing RTW and most games except solitaire=p so now im quite normal and dream about normal stuff and normal people=p:laugh4: :laugh4: :laugh4:

I was playing poker with some friends, and the cards were EB units. I had a pair of Klerouchoi Galatikoi in hand, when 2 more showed up in the flop. I then went all in, but that's when I woke up.

I've yet to dream about EB, but I have had video game dreams before. I don't know how many of you are familiar with the game Europa Universalis II, but I used to play that all the time. Once I dreamt I played a great game, starting in 1419 as England and by 1500 I was doing very well. Then, in my dream, I went to bed. The dream all seemed so real, that when I woke up, I was so excited to load my saved game and continue dominating... only to discover my save file didn't exist! :wall:
