Hi All,

I'm new to EB and am enjoying the immersive aspect of the game.

One thing that's puzzled me, though, is the following situation:

I'm playing as the Romani faction and have conquered Southern Italy and Sicily. But when I place a governor in Rhegion, in the South, public disorder gets worse and I get a message saying that he's an 'interloper', which I guess means an intruder or meddler.

As time progresses the public disorder in Rhegion gets worse, so I take the governor out and public mood improves. But then it gets worse again, so I put a different governor in. But the same thing happens - he's an interloper too and public mood plummets.

I'd really appreciate any hints or advice on this!

Meanwhile, many thanks for the forum, which is great.

Hi Javolenus Priscus
You`ve got to destroy the vassal kingdom building , it`s one of the 4 different government types in EB and supposed to be only ruled by a client ruler. You can then either build a different government building which would allow your FM´s to govern without getting the interloper trait or build the vassal kingdom up again in which case a client ruler will appear.

Many thanks Ferrizuel - that gives me a way forward and I'll remember what to do next time. Also, it's great that you responded so quickly. And so back to Rhegion! Thanks again!
