Cathedral Bug?

I just found that you can queue up cathedrals in multiple provinces as long as the first one hasn't been build yet. Is that a bug? Because once the first one is built I can no longer queue any more.

Yeah, I think it is a bug.

It had been discussed before though.

I think the bug is that you actually can start several Cathedrals/Grand Moseques.
