cant find save folder

someone PLEAAASE tell me where the medieval 2 campaign save folder is I cannot find it anywhere I have to reformat my pc due to being credit card frauded and I NEED this damn campaign............it's all i've got left. :p I'm running vista if that matters, is the file folder hidden or something ?

the save file , and I just randomly uncovered why. while in medieval total war 2 file next to burn in the tool bar there is an icon that says " compatability files, click on it and sure enough the save folder with the files was in there, weird, vista.. thanks for the help though

Ok, well at least you figured it out with little help from me.
