A Ouvert Message from the Royaume luthérienne de France:
We are truly ashamed the grounds of our Francs lands are being tainted by such tyrants such as Francis King. We follow a diffrent religion and diffrent government. Need I remind who started this whole conflit?
We did not offesnviely attack Orléans, we were patient and let old matters past. Francis; obviously you could not let us live peacefully.
We are not supirsed by Gerald King support. He is as much a tyrant by attacking those of a diffrent faith and is similar to King Francis in such matters. Why should we send you diplomats; Les mots ne parviennent pas à vous Francis.
When we are threatened of annihilation there will still be alliés there to protect us; because I know the rest of Europe knows we protect our faith.
I have a book on modern East-Central Europe, The Price of Freedom. It's been a few years, but 'twas a decent book as I recall.
Sorry, off topic, I know. Sorry, Boomer, haven't heard of that particular book, though I've certainly come across more than a few!

Merely wondering whether it was good. Only One Chapter in and the maps are superb already.
By the way what time zone are you in because it is only 6:53PM on March 1st where I am.
I am GMT+10 (East Australia)
Deadline has passed. Anyone who hasn't got their orders in won't get them in from now on (Excluding {BHC}AntiWarmanCake88, Motep and CountArach) Chapter should take a week and a bit. :balloon2:

A message in reply to Lutheran France
We are laughing right now in this moment at the reply of the leader who is still a coward. C-O-W-A-R-D, thats how you spell it, right?
Dictatorship rules Lutheran France. The tyrany is implemented, and their own people suffers it. They are puppets of the governors. They do not represent the people, they leave them when the people really needs them.
May I remind that we were a peacefull nation when you claimed to be a nation. That was a bad joke, a joke we do not tolerate. You were so stupid to launch a rebellion in our pacific lands.
This leads me to start negotiations. You will surrender, because you know the might of my army, and I do not want to kill my brothers! You force me to do such a cruel thing!
Now, do you want to start negotiations, or will you hide in your town like a coward you are and will you let your people die in the name of a coward?
Francis I,
King of France.

Francis I,
King of France.
To me, you message speaks of unchecked ignorance. Do you speak for the people of your nation? I think not. Do you not trod upon the people in your nation? I thought that you didnt. Your nation is not just, it is not requitted!
When you speak of the fact that you do not tolerate, you are completely correct. That is why they were forced to rebel, as you would not let them worship as they choose. Your job as a King is to protect those under you, and to make their lives as well as possible while yet remaining an efficient kingdom. Killing and maiming innocents for what they believe is not the act of a ruler, but the lust of a Tyrant! I am all for negotiations, but you should enter these as equals, not as a vassal to his lord. And the thing is, you would not even have to slay your brothers but for the fact that you drew the first blows. You are the one who is cowardly, if not in name, than in soul. You hide behind your grand army, and make ill informed threats to the world. It is easy for a small man to hide behind the large.
Should the Lutheran French remain oppsosed to your rule, I will aid them in thier plight, with all of my power. I call upon all my Brothers in Europe to bring liberty to an oppressed people! To save those who need saving, and to prevent the stranglehold of Tyranny from wresting us all from the true path of true justice! It is time for us to do the right thing for a change.
-Rey Charles I of Spain
Oh, Boomer. Can you make my nations official religion blank? I will be tolerant of all religions, so have my guards throughout the kingdom abolish any segregation and persecution through force if necessary. Send Conde Leon and his men to aid the Lutheran French. Also, Move my Capital to Madrid. I will send you more orders via pm.
Now, this is an open message al Rey de España
You do speak for war. We do not seek war against other countries.
Now, you claim me to be a tyrany king. First, it is not your business, did you lived in France? No, you didn't. You can't understand, Sir, that something that is happening in other part of Europe that is not Spain.
I wonder why Portugal is rebelling against you. When it comes to tyranny, you are an expert to know whats a tyranny, because you practice it.
Do I have to remind you that East France rebelled due they are of a different religion?
Now, close your mouth when you are going to talk about France.
Long live Portugal!

To the Ignorant French Monarch:
I speak for the defense of a way of life, and if that means war, than so be it.
Granted, I have never lived in France, but keep in mind that I am in control of a few dutchies there, in the east of France.
Granted Portugaul rebelled, but I granted them their governship, in the hopes that may do a better job for their people than have I. Obviously, I did something wrong, and we can only hope that they have corrected my mistake, and restored happiness.
That is most certainly correct, you do have eyes, I see. They were unduly prosecuted by you and your institution, and I respect and will fight fight for their right to a peacefull life. I dont care how hypocritic that may sound, it is the way I feel.
Now, as to your conclusion, I wholeheartedly agree. Long Live Portugaul.
I sincerely hope that I do not have to kill you for your stupidity.

To Carlos I, King of Spain
We, the King of Ireland, have supported your actions during the portuguese rebellion. We hope this gives us enough credit for you to hear us out. As it seems that for a self procaimed tolerant king you're quick to declare wars.
You are entitled to your own opinion on matters as are you entitled to side with anyone you like. This is your royal right as king, which most of the European leaders share. We have soeverinity over our lands and subjects and you over yours. No other can do that but the king.
A king has these priviliges but also responsibilities to take care of his lands and subjects. All these rebels don't seem to share those responsabilities. The so-called leader of the Anglican Irish has only defended his 'people' with his mouth and the leader of East France has taken refuge leaving his 'subjects' leaderless.
Don't tell Us that those leaders deserved those priviliges. Don't tell me that François or Us are worse leaders than those cowards.
If European royals would allow anybody to claim a kingdom in there lands than there would be no lands and subjects left to rule. Peace would be a long forgotten memory in that case.
Finally, don't forget that your subjects are mainly devout Catholics, who have sacrificed there lifes for centuries to protect there faith. Tolerance towards other religions is one thing, turning your back on the people who made your country what it is now can only be described as scandalous.

To whomever it may concern:
My goal in this is not to see more bloodshed. My hope is that the two sides may come to peace, to end this frivolous bloodshed. I believe that the Lutherans in this business have as much a right to be happy and prosperous as the Catholics, and in time, I hope you can come to realise this. A whole and united France would be best in this, and King Francois is undoubtably the better leader, suited to rule his nation. If you can come to a peacefull conclusion to this bloodshed, incvolving the wellfare of both sides to this conflict, than I will support you fully. If not, than I will aid the Lutherans in their quest. I ask them to keep in mind that if they can find no refuge in France, than they may find it in Spain. You see, I do not propose here a war on the Catholics, but a war on opression. If it were the Lutherans prosecuting the Catholics, I would back the Catholics. I care not what religion they follow, opression must be stopped. I so cannot blame the Lutherans for fighting in this matter, for it is better to fight, and die with dignity, than to be slaughtered like swine. But is still far better to live at peace, and die not by the hands of your brother.

Carlos, We applaud your latest message wholehartedly. We propose a dual role as intermediaries between Eastern and Western France. The diplmatic help/pressure of both our nations may still bring this conflict to a satisfactory ending.
Do you accept this task with us?

A Mesage from the Imperial Diet:
All nations mentioned by Herzog of Bavaria have accepted your offer of alliance.
The Alliance proposed by King Gustav of Sweden has been refused by the Kingdom of Poland but accepted by the Swiss Republic.
Catholic Ireland has formed a Alliance with the Kingdom of Western France.
The Rey of Spain, Charles, will become Peacemaker in the Second French Civil War in the next three month's. He will atuomaticlly lose such title if he allies with either side. Any treaty or terms proposed by either Catholic France (and allies) or Lutheran France (and allies) will have to be confirmed by Rey Charles I.
All this has to be confirmed by the Holy Roman Emperor.
We will enter into neutral mode with Eastern France until negotiations conclude. If Eastern France does not change their stance to neutral, but they will not attack, we won't send any troops. Now, If Eastern France attacks, we will hold and fight. We can't negotiate anything under attack.
Francis I.
Now, I ask what happens if the King fail to pop up, because he got Wogged in Capo II, that means he wasnt active...

Don't let people desert this great interactive because they didn't know wether or not it'll continue.

You're right Peasant Phill.
I'll see if I can get a Chapter up next Sunday, as we have a public holiday on the 25th for Anzac day (I will defintely not post it that day, most likely be doing things like parades and the Dawn Service.)
Rather off topic; but there are two new Chapters too the Altenrate WWI story in the Mead Hall if anyones interested.
Rather off topic too, The third chapter of Russia Novaya is up. Read the rise and the fall of the dream of Grigor, a simple citizen who dreamt something... Wanna know whats about? Read it, and please give me commentaries.
And thanks for coming and telling us the IH will be continued.

I am sorry to post this a bit later then usual.
I took a bit of time away from the .Org, and then heaps of work (and writing for my book taking up heaps of spare time with it finishing fast) I did not have any time to fit in a RW Chapter.
So I, officially, declare this dead, or at least until (Maybe) when I take some breaks or get this damned book finished.
It was pretty fun, and I stuck to my promise until I couldn't write anymore by even half finishing the unrealeased Chapter. If theres anyone who wants to take it over and is serious about it and thinks they can handle it all (A Chapter takes a LONG time to write) I'd be happy for them to take over.
Sorry all, I might attempt one which doesn't require so much time. I ahve returned to the .Org though.
Ooooh, RIP this game. Unless someone can retake this. I could do it, but it would give me some time to write that lot.

I'm willing to help you with it Caius.
But we should look for some more players first (at least two) so this IH doesn't bleed to death for lack of participation.

What I meant was that if two players take over the role of game master/storyteller there won't be that much players left. The fact that this IH has been inactive for some months doesn't help either. The more active participants, the more fun a game becomes.
Send to us the chapter. WE will try to not ashame you with our skills.
