Vanilla sky

Is it possible to get back to the skies as in vanilla. I find it difficult to properly see the units (although I understand its more realistic).

Have you tried the lighting options? There are more than one sets with various lighting levels.

Where can I find them? I think the shadow-sides are just too dark.

No, we mean the skies in the battle map. The shadows don't allow to properly see the units. I was asking if there was a way to either switch it off or, ideally, to get back to the skies as in vanilla.

Really? I don't have any problems at all with the skies/lighting/shadows on the battle map...

Are you certain it isn't your pc-screen that needs adjusting to it's lighting options (or even turned or tilted in a better direction for the lighting)

That aside, I know for certain there's someone out here who knows how the substitute the EB-ones with the Vanilla-ones.

It isn't my pc screen 'cause I see my units perfectly when playing vanilla...

You probably just need to change the lighting files, like Mouzafphaerre said. Just do a forum search, I'm sure you'll find them a few pages down.

It sure is. Differences between CRT and LCD monitors, personal settings... etc. etc.
