I gotta say, so far I've played campaigns with about 4 different factions, and in my limited experience I've found the Elmohead generals to be the MOST unloyal. I was figuring I would walk all over the Spanish and spread my empire all over the map quickly due to the hard to stop Almohad Urban Militia. My biggest challenge has been my own armies! I haven't even been able to build a tavern in order to train assassins yet, and I've already had 2 Civil Wars. I've actually given a general a title that is supposed to increase his loyalty +2, and he still remains at zero loyalty, and has no vices! Strange.....

- King's influence and dread. Low influence will cause drop in loyalty to current generals or newly trained unit will have low loyalty leader. Low dread cause others not to fear the King.

- King's V&V that has -loyalty.

- The general's V&V that has -loyalty.

- King's location. Far away or disconnected King will cause drop in loyalty for both general and population.

I might be wrong because I only in the beginning of the third campaign.
