Just here browsing the .org in a cybercafe when i look to my left. A guy nearby was browsing on porn sites and then google 'rape stories galleries'. In a public cybercafe full of people. He was lucky he didn't get noticed, but still, how can people be so stupid?
You don't go looking up your perverted fantasies and fetishes in a public cyber cafe. That's just asking for you to be arrested and thrown out. Heck, i don't even dare go anywhere near anything to do with 4chan in a cybercafe.
Why couldn't he have just waited till he got home and was by himself? WHY ARE PEOPLE IDIOTS?
EDIT: Now he's looking up Boston Legal rape fanfics. And he's back on google looking for 'schoolgirl rape galleries'. I just facepalm'd at his stupidity. Should i report him? Seems more like a pedo now, this is really breaking the law.

Oh, you missed a golden opportunity, my friend. Why report him? Why not give him a taste of his own medicine.
Next time, take a photo on your cell phone of him looking at the website, and if you can, get a pic of his face in there too.
Then post on a bulletin board that's popular locally the pics and the sites that he went to, and where you actually are, so people from your town who happen to browse by might notice (MySpace might be ideal for such a thing). And have a 'Just wondering out loud what everybody thinks' air to it. Don't be judgemental, just lay it out there. If you're lucky, his boss will get a good look.

Ah, if only i had a cell phone with a camera instead of my brick. The thought did occur to me.
Blackmail would have been good too. He wouldn't have reported me for blackmail because he'd have gotten in much more trouble. But then, i'm a good person and wouldn't do that. Instead i'd just report him and have a larf as his life is destroyed.

Two thoughts:
A person who browses sexual material in public is an idiot. A complete, total, drooling idiot.

They're particularly common for women, which is not to suggest, in any way, that women want to be sexually assaulted. As a female friend explained to me years ago, "It's more like Brad Pitt is at your door and he's not taking no for an answer."
Just sayin', don't assume that fantasy = reality. Back before the War Between the States, when I was still dating, I made a point of asking about the fantasies of any woman with whom I was intimate. In real life I demand death penalty for rape crimes. Sex, especially porn fantasies are a different matter. As a sinner who has hoarded quite a few of rape porn (all simulated of course) I may be blamed only for having a wicked sexual subconscious.
