Hayasdan can't build healer's buildings. Is this right? How could it be corrected?

They should have at least the first level of healer. You may need the first Hayasdan reform first, though.

Hmm, never heard about haysdan reform in 0.8... Have I missed something?

The reforms are new for v1.0.

Back in 080 the Hayasdan didn't get sewers so they couldn't get healers which had sewers as a prerequisite. The situation has been worked out for v1.0.

Of course I'm serious. I was playing 0.81, but I have a break for couple of months. Ok, maybe three or four:beam:
