err.....computer problems

hello all, you all know i cant play rtw,well heres the problem. Ill turn my computer itll go on but the moniter has no icons but it still has the mouse icon???the bottem bar at the bottem kof the screen isnt there eitnher. (not the game) any info to fix this would be awsome thank you:mickey:
