OK, so I was starting a romani campaign, just to remind myself how much I hate romans. Year 267, and a pidly little rebel stack appears in Campania, one of each samnities and a hoplotai haploi, IIRC. Anyway, I think I can't be bothered with this, so I take my full legion thats wiating inside capua to go north to segesta, and hit auto resolve, I move the legion north, leaving cotta behind to continue governing Capua, I hit end turn, and get a litle message that he has been declared imperator by troops 500 miles away that he only commanded for one turn in a tiny little battle with the odds about seven to one in his favour?
I laughed.
Not meant as a critisism of the triumph system. I just found it funny.
Huh?? Wow!! I'm at 228BC as Romani and I've yet to see any of my Local Hero, Carthaginian vanquishing, Talented Leaders reach this state..what am I doing wrong?????

Well, that Eleuthori army was lead by Conan, so that might explain a few things.

Yes, the ligurians...
Wow thats pretty... bad
j/k :smash:
what happend?
That's not a triumph though.
I have also got the imperator trait several times- all you need to do is win a battle against tough odds, it has no prerequisites.
All the other stages do need prerequisites.
It is unhistorical, but the triumph challenge is pretty good. ( a historical one would give you a triumph after pretty much any battle led by a consul)
It still takes some effort to get a triumph, but at least it is doable now, while in 0.81 it was impossible (semi-bugged prerequisites AFAIK).
