Hey fellow ORG visitors. If you are interested in what some of my music is like, check out some of my stuff (myspace.com/thebrenz). Hell, even add me if you want. Enjoy!

DISCLAIMER: trance is normally not my thing, so the song called Dance Rasputin Dance is a bit messed up, heheh :laugh4:

Gah, it's not bad if you ask me.

Might be, but it still needs a better mix. Then again, I'd probably end up with something similar anyway, so I decided to leave the thing: sounds are clear and defined enough and the music is in order.

The piece 'Insanity' has been created (in a hasty fashion). One could refer to it as "ambient" music. It was based on music I made (from Castlevania) but I have transformed it in such a way it became what it has become... background sound fitting a movie or video game scene.

Only one reply? Does nobody here like my music? :laugh4:

What type of synth + keyboard are you using? I was looking to buy a nice keyboard, wasnt sure what was good out there for a reasonable price.

No keyboard for me: it would become too much like playing than composing to me. However, I should use one anyway for it would make certain things easier (sometimes).

If it's about synths I use everything within my reach. For music with classical instruments (and the likes) I use Reason's refills, maybe Garritan orchestra (I have freely in Sonar). For trance I use the z3ta+ and samples of beats and such. I just take what is available.

So I can't really give you any advice on keyboards, but you'll probably find some good info on the internet elsewhere. What you should also keep in mind is what kind of music/stuff you'll want to be doing and how.
