Can´t find this unit´s in EB1.0 have give up of making this unit or will they came in the next version.
Att unit are they i cant find any discretion.

Yup. What you see there are the multiple skin variants. Aedui, Arverni, Pontos, Seleukeia, Merc ... Basically every Greek & Celtic faction gets its own skin for the Keltohellenikoi Hoplitai.
