Retraining and morale

I was wondering if a unit from somewhere else gets retrained in a town with morale bonuses (Temples etc), if he can get those bonuses?

AFAIK, the moral bonus by buildings is bugged. If it is not, the unit should get it, because if you have a building that adds experince all units without experince that are retrained in that will recive the +1 exp. Should be the same with moral.

I thought that they only got experience and moral upgrades if that particular unit can be trained in that city. Not so?

That's basicly the requirement for retraining a unit.

Well all I know in my experience is that a unit cannot train only morale, and can only train weapon or experience upgrade.
But I was hoping by training one of those I would also be training any available morale bonuses.
So morale buildings dont work, righto thanks

I guess the next step is how do you tell the morale of a unit? Heh

There is some conjecture that the morale bonus does not "stick" with a unit but instead applies to all applicable units which are defending a city from attack.
