Increasing Movement Points

I've heard it's possible to increase movement points for armies and navies. I was wondering how one would go about this and which file needs to be edited.

Merry Christmas (to everybody)!

Open descr_character.txt; after the comments there's
starting_action_points number
Simply increase the number.

This will affect all characters, admirals, agents etc
