{[Julii Short Campaign M/M}

Hey guys this is my first post, I have a little AAR for you to enjoy. Please give me feedback.

===============================================

A lightly clad horseman flashed through he Italian counryside in the direction of Arretium. Two hours later he arrived.

'My lord, a messenger awaits!' cried out the Captain.

Lucius Julius, son of Flavius, swept to the top stair of the marble staircase of the governers villa where he was residing, toga billowing around him.

'Declare your business'
'I have a message from the Senate.'

Lucius embraced the young Roman and led him into a side chamber.
'Valerius, how good it is to see you.'
'You also, Lucius. The Senate instructs your family to wrestle Segesta from the Ligurian Rebels. I trust Flavius is absent and that is the reason you are receiving this message.' he added 'there will be a reward for the capture of this Settlement' he leaned forward, 'I have heard there is to be a reward of around five thousand Denarii'
'really, for such an easy task'
'The Senate is instructing and rewarding the famous families for putting ome's name on the map.'
'Very well, Valerius, my father and brother are near the border to Liguria, they shall be notified. Consider this mission done.'

And so, Flavius Julius, pater to the Julii, received a message from Lucius to suppress the Ligurians. Vibius was dispatched with a curt order to keep casulties to a minumum. Flavius posted himself on the Gallic border, he was fearful of an attack. growing more so each day.

Vibius did not disappoint. Starving them out in true Roman style. Again, Roman roads were littered with the Senators messingers, thay sent many as the roads were littered with bandits.

Lucius and Quintus complained to Flavius about the bandits ruining trade which they had meticulously put together over years. They were nothing to the barrage of abuse from the messangers, some harrassed and victims of attempted robbery.

Flavius engaged them.

Again, Romans, descendants of Mars do not fail in their duty.

Sorry this AAR is dead. My RTW stopped working and I had to reinstall. I would gladly do another. Any ideas on which faction?

It's a shame to see a AAR die such an untimely end. However, fate is inexorable.
