Allright, I've send this poem to a site on which you can post poems, they allready accepted numerous other poems of me, but this one they wouldnt accept... They say I've stolen it from somewhere else... I really makes me mad... because i'm 100% sure it's my original... Could you guys help me find the poem, songtext or whatever it is, which they assume i stole it from.
The Last Survivor
The sun reflects on the ruins of the city,
long gone, long abandoned, long forgotten.
The sun reflects on the ruins of the city,
on the memories, testimonies of better times.
In the middle of all this devastation, stand I,
Long gone, long abandoned, long forgotten.
While I'm lost in memories of better times,
I cast my shadow on the ruins of the city.
And into unconsciousness of the world I fade,
oblivion my prize for their glory.
I hope they think i stole it because they found the original on this site, but i doubt it...
