After hours spent trying to purge my Zune of duplicate tracks and making it so that the Zune software stops reading rubbish off of CDs, I ended up purging everything but the recycling bin of files relating to a problem CD. This is where I am now: The Zune software appears to properly read most CDs, including those in languages other than English. However, in the case of a Tiesto two CD album, the Zune software reads to right list of tracks ~:pissed: OFF THE WRONG FRIKIN CD ~:pissed: and will undoubtedly rename anything I change after ripping and syncing the tracks.

Any idea how I can fix this, or should I just not care?

That's strange, I heard them Zunes were slick and popular ... (http://www.theonion.com/content/news/thousands_wait_overnight_at)

THE WRONG FRIKIN CD!!! How do you fail at reading a CD?

And don't forget, the Zune will slap its own special Zune-only DRM on any track you put on it. That will keep your from being naughty, yes it will.

Can't you just use WMP to copy music to the Zune? :inquisitive:

I wouldn't put it past wmplayer to do that, actually - the other day it was stubbornly reading the track number as the album for a few artists ~:)

Zune apparently hates Tiesto but loves Armin Van Buuren. Oh, and this guy:

I fail to see the difference between Tiesto and Armin Van Buuren. They're both Dutch, they are both affiliated with Trance... What are you talking about?
