Well, how does it work, we know rebels are unable to raize units as fas as the EDB is in question .. How does the game spawn them and how does the system of 'various' spawns work anyway - what is the script part that alters that?
Thank you :san_wink:

Rebels can recruit whatever their 'parent faction' can recruit in that town as long as it has 'slave' ownership.

You know, Marcus, I was thinking of making the question directed only to you becasue you are always around when I need some answers
Anyway, Thank you again,.. But how do you control the ''rebel AI personalities''? Are they the same as the parent faction..:thinking2:

Parent faction means "creator" of that settlement, IIRC.

Yes, I know that but I ment that if ''faction gauls, balanced stalin'' than all 'subfactions' (rebel towns) are going to yous that (stalin) personality (in stalin case it is bieas towards heavy infantry, mas troops and artillery)
Is that the case?

I think all the towns in the 'slave' faction all have the same personality. In the descr_strat, it says they are 'fortified smith'.

Oh... yes :laugh4:
It's just that you got me going after the first answer :wall:
now.. I was thinking of changing that 'fortified' bias.. you know, In making the game harder, but that would mean some anomaly in the game?
What do you think about 'craftsman' ?
Where there any ides on this inside the EB team:shrug:

speaking of the "balanced stalin" and "fortified smith", what do those mean, along with the other descriptions?
do they dictate how they act in the game?
They determine the AI preferences for raising buildings and units, nothing else.
