Beserker: He completely loses all self control during combat, blindly hacking at friend and foe alike. Whilst this tends to make him individually unstoppable his tactical finnesse is somewhat limited.
+4 valour, -2 command

Secret Effete: Whilst this man puts on a good show for his soldiers he cannot stand their unrefined behaviour or their smell. His personal tent is perfumed and, whilst other men read battle reports, he composes poetry. he is far happier at court than on campaign. He has managed to keep this a secret thus far.
+2 acumen -1 command

Effete: Strict adherence to all forms of ettiquette, patronage of the arts and high standards of personal hygiene have given this man considerable influence at court. His soldiers, however, regard him as a perfumed bufoon
+3 acumen -3 command

Secret Lout: Ettiquette at court is something this man endures rather than enjoys. He'd much rather be drinking and wenching with his men than sucking up to some dandified sycophant. Unbeknownst to all he recently held a party for his commanders in the throne room during which he vomited in the crown and passed out on the throne itself. He has managed to keep this a secret so far.
+1 command -1 acumen

Lout: His capacity for drink, desire for wenches and his extensive vocabulary of curses has endeared this man to his soldiers. Courtiers are less than impressed however, especially since finding out about the crown vomitting incident ...
+3 command -2 acumen -2 piety

Purple those are actually serious... http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif

Well I think you should give them Morale rather than Commands. Morale is how happy the men are with the commander and how likely they wil obey orders (with better morale they will waver when they have to go alone in a wood or something).

But they were actually good. http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/smile.gif
