Can I build Longbowmen with a different faction than England ?
(If I have conquered the british island for example)

You can mod their requirements to "regional" only.

Then everyone who owns Wales gets this troops.

You dont have to mod, if wales is ur province, u'll get longbow just like i did as Frenchies http://www.totalwar.org/ubb/tongue.gif

Could you post a screenshot? Because I can't train Vikings and they aer equal in the techtree (no province required and specific to a faction).

as the Germans, I train Vikings all the time in Denmark...
