Is there a known CTD bug associated with the stone fortress walls?

I ask because the settlement in Arse' has this type of wall and whenever I try to fight a battle on the battle map in this settlement, I get a ctd.

Yes and it is fixed with the Oppida fix. You can find more about this in the bug subforum. (Specifically the 1.0 fixes thread.)
