I want to make a revolt to get aq new king , mine sucks. I striped all me generals from their title. I sent my king to irelans(im english, and i sented my generals the farter away from the king with big army. Nothing happens. What can I do ?
First you need a royal blood that is no longer an heir (to become the new King). Kill off all the current heirs by assassinations or through battles and then when the King dies, there will be a civil war and the royal blood general could be King. You will get the option to back the loyalist or the rebels.
The exception is if you're playing the Germans. The Germans will elect your best general as the next King if there are no heirs.

I'm told the easiest way is:
1) find an influential general of your's with titles
2) send an emmisary to strip him of his titles
3) give him command of a large army
Hopefully he'll be pissed off enough/feel confident enough to try for a coup, if it happens, then just back the rebels.

I think crusades that get crushed also pull down your influence which really drive down the loyalty. I had two crusades to Antioch get crushed about ten years apart. My influence went to zero, but I don't remember what it was before the failed crusades. Needless to say, I soon found myself in a civil war.
Maybe just losing a few battles may drop down influence and loyalty.

loosing battles & provinces is a sure way to loose influence & loyalty same as if u win battles & take new provinces you will gain influence & loyalty.
Another one is to neglect building especially farmland as this will stop your king getting the builder vice's which increase loyalty in your generals.
Another way is after you stip the general of his titles give him anotehr title that only gives him 1 loyalty & take it off him again & again his loyalty should drop fast. I'm not sure about this one but if you use a 0 valour spy on one of your good generals rank 6 or above, the trial should fail which will reduce his loyalty & probably your influence will suffer.
Well be careful with that last -- I tried a six star general with a no valour spy, and he was swinging from a tree before sunset. I think the game might calculate the chances differently than one might suppose, because in the same game I was unable to get a conviction against low command generals after several tries.
