View Full Version : encountering rebellions when i am not supposed to...is it a bug?
A strange thing that i had encountered was that as i was progressing towards the end of my game, i would do the usual check of pressing the shift key to see if any of my lands were in the red...the funny thing was that some of my lands would go red even when that lands loyalty was way above 100% and religious faith was above 80% this was really strange, it was even more strange when i would simply click on that land it would go back to the normal green...the annoying thing was that if i had not clicked on that land i would most certainly encouter a revolt, even when i was in the safe zone...can someone tell me if this has happened to them or is it just a bug?
... look back a few pages you will see hundreds of topics on this...
simple run down -
- the province loyalty thing is buggered up, we hear they are fixing it
- keep your king at the center of your empire, the provinces wont rebel as much,
- make sure you keep a couple of spies and a couple of religious characters in your provinces
-low taxes
thats about it really... the main thing is keeping your king in the centre, that affects the loyalty a lot

first thing is that its good to hear the dev's are actually doing something about this.
secondly, it is not always possible to do that as i use my king quite a lot to conquer lands, so basically i am everywhere with him.
thirdly, keeping spies in every provinace can be costly because to use spies effectivly one is not enough in a proviance altleast 3 in each one...and it takes time to build up all these spies and having them move to the relevant places.
most of the times i always keep taxes low. thats how i manage such high percentages of loyalty. i guess it simply a bug issue.
Dont forget emissaries... undocumented that an emissary will make regions more loyal... also and emissary in your kings region will give you a prince that is more loyal aswell.
