Need A file i screwed up. Please Help

Hey if anyone can help me screwed up a game file and just need a copy of the original to replace it. Would appreciate it very much. The file path inside the Medieval 2 folder is- Data\world\maps\campaign\custom\e3_campaign_demo\descr_regions_and_settlement_name_lookup.txt
