Political Beliefs: Conservative on economics, liberal on social issues, pragmatist on foreign policy. According to those matrix tests, I score high on individual freedom and economic freedom, very low on authoritarianism and managed economics. Either a small-c conservative or a classical liberal, depending on who wants to do the defining.

Political beliefs: Leftist. I'm the kind of person who the moment he walked into Utah would have people screaming 'damn liberal' at him.
Largest news source: The .Org and the interbutts, obviously
TV News: Up until recently, BBC News 24. Now i watch the awful news on Aus TV, which is rather lacking.
Newspapers: A dire paper called 'The Advertiser'. I only get it for the jobs section. It's World News section consists of 3 pages on average. I used to get 'The Times', which was an okay paper.
The only news I get is from the Org.
Political Beliefs: A bit right of center, or a classical liberal in the sense Lemur used the term.
I catch the news from BBC from time to time. Lately I've been a bit lazy and just looked through some internet news cites. Back when I interned for my country's State Department, I had access to translations of newspapers around the world (one of the jobs was translating the ones in the country I was in). I loved reading them, but can't access them from civilian computers and am not working for the government anymore.
When I'm not being lazy, I get news from NPR (National Public Radio) and both local and national papers.
Politics, euro-liberal, right-flank.
Elsevier
Geenstijl (yeahyah I know they are horrible but I want my news with a laugh)

Political Beliefs: Commie
International News:
BBC World (radio)
National/Regional News:
Dagbladet(paper ed)
Aftenposten(paper ed)
idag.no (for laughs)
Plus I watch the news on NRK and TV2(both national channels) from time to time when I'm somewhere there is a TV.
Political belief: Norwegian conservative (means slightly to the right)/center political
News source:
TV2 (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/TV_2_%28Norway%29)and NRK (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Norwegian_Broadcasting_Corporation) news mostly. SPACE.com is also an awesome news source. ~;)
Also read Bergens Tidende (http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Bergens_Tidende) (paper) on a daily basis (always some interesting background information on hot topics).

Well for a moment there I couldn't find one of my favourite news outlets , obviously the worldwide Jewish conspiracy had shut it down again ...but its up again celebrating MLK day in the way that only racist scum can . :2thumbsup:

It is a good idea Frag .
I read Vanguard , see what news topic they are ranting about , then come here and see how long it takes for one of the usual suspects to start a topic ranting about the same story from the same angle....and you rarely let me down on that score

I would bet that you are the only one on these forums that would actually read that on a regular basis.
Way to go after straw men.

Lefties blaming jews for everything, what else is new? They are in good company anyway.

:laugh4: :laugh4: :laugh4: :laugh4: :laugh4: :laugh4:
So Frag you are obviously unaware of Vanguard news , which is ironic since your topics are often the same topics that they rant about .
OK perhaps you misunderstood one of their page banners I used concerning followers of Judaism , I could give you one they use about Islam instead you might like it .....but hey one banner sums up their mentality "Right and White"
I would bet that you are the only one on these forums that would actually read that on a regular basis.
Possibly , but given the number of posters who have actually posted links from racist hate sites to support their views I wouldn't really say that I was the only one to read such things regularly . Though of course unlike those that read and post the links to support their views , I read it to see how much nonsense they are spouting and how soon someone here spouts the same nonsense .
Well I don't know it but it sounds like the type of site I don't visit, why do you?

Right-wing social democrat here - slightly to the right of Vlad the Impaler, that is.
Im guess I am hors concours since I am a news hack by profession. I pretend to feed on all the news that's fit to print or post. Of course I get the real news from my neighbour who reads the Osservatore Romano and the Amersfoortse Courant which has all the nice ads for power drills and cutlets at euro 6.45 a kilo.

I read the NPD and Communist Party of Canada websites when I want a good laugh. Nothing wrong with that. :book:

Ghy zijt in weegschalen gewogen, ende ghy zijt te licht gevonden. These must be depressing times for you given the current state of the social democrats, more corrupt then bonecancer.

Also MSNBC for about 20-30 minutes on weekday mornings.
I used to both watch and read CNN, but I finally gave up on it about 3 months ago. I'm not quite sure when it turned into a tabloid, but all serious journalism seems to have vanished from that source. I do not miss it.
None - save the trees!
LOL, say that to Beirut!
Politics: Only one word.
I hear Cadena 3 as my local radio. I can know whats going on here.

Hmm.
1. BBC
2. The Economist(I always end up reading some during lag times in Speech and Debate)
and...I guess, technically, the .Org too.
Don't listen to local news unless I need to know if school was snowed out, otherwise it isn't anything I care about that BBC can't do and more.

I would like to revise that for my daily news and punditry from the world of Americaland, I now go to the New York Times website. I also read a couple of poll related blogs, because I am a bit of an amateur psephologist (Bonus points if you know that one off the top of your head). I also visit DailyKos, not for news, but just because I appreciate the politics and acitivism that is portrays.
Political Beliefs: Apathetic, mainly ~:)
Print news:
Courier mail (rubbish local paper :P)
Economist
Online (mainstream):
The Australian (national paper for Australian news)
BBC (international news)
Economist (up to date stuff is online first)
Online (other):
APC magazine (tech)
Ars technica (tech)

And others that I read sporadically, of course :grin2:
