Easier Marian and Avgvstian Reforms

I was wondering what files I would need to edit to make Marian and Avgvstian Reforms come faster. (just incase I happen not to get it later in my campaign)

I made an edit to the files that enable the Augustan/Imperial Reforms it after the first year.

However, you can change it to much later if you wish. Also, if you look in the modification sub forum, there are other as well, and different way to explain how to do it incase mine are a bit too complicated.

Thanks, that looks more complicated than I thought it would be although I don't think I'll have a problem since I have some experiance with modding anyway.
