"It took two years but that amazing game (Shogun) has finally been supplanted by Medieval: Total War. What ever they are putting in the water at Creative Assembly, I want it shipped over here and force fed to several un-named developers.

Final Thoughts

I called Shogun the closest thing I had seen to a perfect game, well Medieval: Total War improves on that achievement and delivers one of, if not the best strategy gaming out there.

If you liked Shogun, you must get this game. If you are a board gamer, then this is the perfect game for your HDD.

Kudos to C.A. Over half of the rankings are above 90% and most of the rest in the high 80's That has got to make you, and the rest of C.A. group feel proud as punch.

P.S. I always recommend this site to others because it gives such a good sampling of reviews. While individual reviews can be pretty subjective and skewed, listing and averaging a large group of reviews tends to give a pretty accurate picture.
