What are the minimum system requirements for this game?

I play the last version of the game on an Intel 1,8 Dual Core, 1 GB RAM and onboard Intel Graphics Card on Win Vista HE Premium, but it runs very slowly.

Also, I frequently get crashes after the end of battles, but the problem is solved by loading and playing the battle again.

maybe the Intel card is the bottleneck...vanilla RTW runs fine? Could be also the RAM, EB is a real RAM eater, only 1 GB + Vista could be an additional issue.

I also tried playing it on a AMD Sempron 2500 + with an ATI Radeon 2250 card (128 video RAM) and 768 RAM, Win XP SP2. It was absolutely unplayable. Rome TW and BI ran perfectly fine on that machine.

I haven't tried Rome TW on my new computer, though.

Would 512mb of RAM, a 1.3 ghz processor and 128mb video card with xp pro be functional? Or am I wasting my time?

1.3 Ghz dual core processor, right? My guess would be "Yes, but don't get upset if you take a long time to load to main menu" and "Don't seriously attempt to play for more than a few hours on end, because RTW has a nasty memory leak."

You will definitely see that your PC is earning the money you spent on it: what you are going to do to it comes close to slave labour in an ancient silver mine, to compare two completely separate things. But you might just hit silver quickly though?

Haha. Yeah, it pretty much does already on RTW vanilla, so I didnt expect much more. But thats great news. Thanks!
