Empire ( Rome mini-series )

Stumbled across this and had never seen it before. Thought, Some of my old EB friends would enjoy this. A mini-series called 'Empire'. It's like Deja Vu watching it because it covers the exact same period as HBO's 'Rome' ( although not as well done) It's short on realism but still entertaining. And it's interesting comparing the decisions that were made about which events and characters to cover between the two series.... Check it out...

It's in English with Japanese subs.....The site isn't particularly fast so I suggest starting the buffer, putting it on pause and then doing something else for a while and coming back to it.

Quicksilverscreen.com is also excellent for historical documentaries. And most of the entries are really high quality div X......

I still can't find the last few episodes of HBO's Rome. :no: It's terrible...watching nearly an entire series but not being able to see the end.

I'll be sure to check this out.

No, I was helplessly addicted to HBO's Rome....But I'll watch anything about ancient Rome:clown:

I have both seasons of Rome on DVD, in all their uncensored glory (sorry, but unless you in censor-paradise Singapore, you have no idea how terrible it was to watch Rome with all nudity or partial nudity censored).

I just wish I could share it with you somehow.
