I welcome any help I can get on this one. I have down loaded all the fixes and none of them seem to help. This crash occurs with the EB script enabled and also when it is disabled. It is triggered when I click end turn. The game seems to crash immediately.

I love this game, and have had only minor problems up until this point.

Thank you in advance for assistance with this issue.

Did you check for rebellions?

Yes, I had one city in red, so I used a cheat to thin out the population and it returned to green. Does the rebellion bug just effect cities I control or can AI cities cause a crash?

AI cities as well, and they're occasionally harder to bypass. Still, the permanent fixes should deal with most rebellion issues, and if you use toggle_fow you'll be able to look around at any other cities that may be rebellious and require some reduction of population, besieging (move_character "Captain Name" will teleport a captain over so you can do that) or something else that prevents rebellions.

Oh, and thank you for your report :2thumbsup:.

Not sure if this bit of info helps, but this bug seemed to pop up right after I began a seige of Atiqa. I have tried to break this seige but my units seem stuck to the map tile. Even if I recruit a merc unit it seems to be stuck as well.

i do not understand why the Romani have so many ctd's. I have played as them 3 times in .81a,b, and 1.0 and always eventually get a ctd. I am even discouraged from playing as them brcause i fear that i will get a ctd.

I don't think the Romani have more problems than other factions. They are just played more often and for much longer than other factions, so there are more reports of Romani crashes.

OK, so I have found a work around to my CTD. If I cancel all the building and unit recruitment it seems to get past the crash. Infact the game still will crash if I try to build or recruit too much.

Is this a problem with RAM? Would buying more help? Or just a flaw that everyone suffers from. See system specs below:

Intel Pentium 4CPU 3.20GHz
1006MB RAM
Geforce 7300GT 256MB
Version 6.14.0011.6921

Hope that is enough information. Perhaps, someone smarter than me can make a recomendation. I thought my system was good enough to handle EB, but maybe not. :-(

I would expect that it's a particular building that causes it, not the amount. You could try to experiment with cancelling construction in only half the settlements, then reload and cancel only the other half, etc.
