i am the Aedui and i have migrated to Britain, i have conquored the casse capital and i noticed that their goverment is still in place, it is the casse kings tribe one, i would only be able to build my version of it in a homelands province and unfortunatly there are none of these in Britain, therefore i want to keep it but as it was built by another faction will it work for me?:help:

No, sorry. Other factions' governments will not work for you.

Since you cannot build a homeland government, you'll have to build a class 2 or maybe even class 3 government. Not as good, but you can build them.

Start by destroying that Casse government.
