Cossacks 2: Battle For Europe

I played Cossacks 1 for a while. An old school RTS, AOE style but somewhat better. It was frustratingly hard and I quit. This sequel was going to add a Total War/EU style strategy map but I haven't had the chance to see what it's worth.

There's an official troll cave, miscalled forum, where you can ask and be flamed by 13yo brats.

Cossacks 1 was one of my favorite games :yes:

i read that cossacks 2 contains morale and fatigue and effective formations that make a differnence in battle.

Cossacks 2 is very diffrent from Cossacks 1. The graphics are better, a diffrent era, morale, small thing slike that. Small stuff like Formations proper and cannonballs skip along the ground. Ships and the rest.

Overall: A very good game. If you liked 1 or similar games (American Conquest) then you will love this game.

this is great to hear. I visited the official forums but it seamed dead.The mods there are braindead too. But the game is alright. I started a thread about it a long time ago. Can't exactly remember when, must be over a year now. Various Orgahs contributed to it and we sorted out some bugs and issues together because the official Cossacks forum is, well, like Mouzaphaerre said...
